Application Process
If you are interested in applying for our program please take the following steps:

Step 1

• Download the application form by clicking this link: Application Form - All First Year Students.
• Complete the application and send it to Streams Canada School of Ministry.

• Include a current photo of yourself.

• Read our Code of Conduct.
• Include a 25$ CAD non-refundable application fee.
• Have one pastor and two friend/co-worker references. Please click here
  to fill out your references.

Upon being accepted we will send you an acceptance package.

Step 3

• Due within 30 days of receiving acceptance letter: $200 non-refundable deposit that is applied towards your tuition payment to hold your space.
• A 5% discount ($295) is offered to students who pay tuition in full by July 1st, 2010.
• Read and follow instructions within the acceptance package.

Step 4
First Year Students

• The remaining tuition will be due on the following dates: Tuition for books, classes, outreaches and all other school organized activities is $5900 for the first year program (10 months).
  
  The following is a schedule of payment required.
  
  Tuition Payment Plan:
  
  • Deposit $200.00 (paid on acceptance)
  • Due June 21/10, $ 1500.00
  • Due July 21/10, $ 1500.00
  • Due August 21/10, $ 1500.00
  • Due September 21/10, $ 1200.00
  Total: $ 5900.00 (Full Year Tuition, books, materials and local outreaches)
  • 5% discount ($295) is offered to students who pay tuition in full by July 1,
  
  Housing:
  Limited Housing Available for Students
  Room and board is approximately $6000 - $7000 per school year (10 months, paid monthly).
  A full year housing committment is required.
  
  
  • First month's room & board is due on August 15, 2010
    ( to hold your space).
  • Room & board is due on the first of each month
    through June 1,
  • Total of 10 months room & board commitment is required.
